LeanImg is a small, independent project — a set of browser-based image tools maintained by a tiny team rather than a company with a support department. There is no ticket system behind this page: every message lands in a normal inbox, is read by a person, and usually gets a reply within two business days. Plain language is fine, and so are screenshots.
For anything at all — questions, problems, ideas, or just to say a tool helped — write to info@leanimg.com. One address reaches us for everything; there is no separate sales or support alias to hunt for.
What to write about
- Bug reports — the most useful reports name the tool you were using, your browser and its version, and the size or format of the image that failed. That is usually enough for us to reproduce the problem. If the file itself is not sensitive, attaching it helps; if it is, a description of its dimensions and format usually does the job, since your images never reach us through the tools themselves.
- Feature requests and new tool ideas — a sentence or two about what you were trying to do is more valuable to us than a detailed specification. We prioritise the things people actually ask for.
- Business, advertising, and partnership enquiries of any kind.
- Copyright, privacy, and other legal matters.
Report an issue publicly
LeanImg is open source. If you have found a technical issue and prefer working in public, you can also file it on GitHub, where you can follow the fix from report to release. Email remains the better channel for anything that involves a private image or personal data.

We only use your email address to reply to you — it is not added to any list, shared with anyone, or used for marketing. The images you process with our tools are never part of any conversation unless you choose to attach one yourself: the tools run in your browser, and we never see your files.
